To book your shoot, 50% deposit of final amount is taken, the final payment

should be no later than 48 hours before shoot takes place.

 

Revisions - 2 minor revisions will be allowed (such as change of clip) and 1 major

revision (such as change of music) to be allowed free of charge, any additional

changes will be charged at hourly rate based on the revisions required.

 

After taking collection of the completed video, the client has 48 hours to return

the video for any amendments to be made. Such requests should be made in

writing and within 48 hours of receipt of the completed video.

 

%client_company% are permitted to make one list of alterations per video.

Original raw footage (non-edited material) is the sole ownership of the

videographer and is not intended for client viewing and is not part of the supplied

finished package. 

 

Original material may be offered to %client_company% for additional

fees and/or if for any reason production cannot be completed.

Any additional content that is requested and provided beyond the outline of these terms will be charged for in relation to current editing day rates.

 

Whilst every effort will be made by the videographer to supply %client_company% with a

satisfactory product based upon the videographer’s advertised style, and to the

specified requirements agreed beforehand, all editing and post production will

be carried out to the videographer’s discretion.

 

Please allow 10-14 days for the final production to be delivered, pending further

revisions.

 

%client_company% payments are for labour costs, travel, gear hire and production of the

project. 

 

Every effort is taken by the videographer to provide %client_company% with

the agreed product, and dissatisfaction of its contents, although regrettable, will be

deemed subjective and is therefore not open for interpretation by the client as

grounds for refunds or compensation, for which the videographer is not liable.

 

Rescheduling can be done without charge if a suitable date can be found. If a

suitable date is not agreed, %client_company% must cancel the services and be liable for

cancellation clause of loss of 50% deposit.

 

Deposits, retainers and booking fees including advance payments are non-refundable.

 

Usage for the content is for the %client_company% only.

Further distribution and usage of this content is not allowed unless consulted with the production company, in which further fees may apply. Content is not allowed to be redistributed to other parties or associate companies or person(s).

 

Personal content must not be used for any type of business use, fees and

approval will apply if content is to be used to aid business revenue.

 

Content must NOT be used unless payment has been made in full.

 

It is %client_company% to be responsible for content back ups and archiving for future use and access.
